When visiting Croatia, don’t forget to pass by “Edivo Vina” – the very first underwater winery that has just opened in Drače on the Pelješac Peninsula! After being aged for three months, their wines are stored in clay jugs known as amphorae under the sea for one to two years. It is believed this gives the wine a specific pinewood aroma! Definitely going into my bucketlist, what about yours?
